Configure the chemical request approver based on location

Configure approvers according to the location name entered on the request form. Multiple approvers can be associated with a single location.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System definition > Decision tables and then select Chemical request location approvers.
2. Select Create Draft and select Add new decision row under the Decision table.
3. Under the Chemical request column, add the name of a location.
4. Under the Approver column, add the name of an approver for the new location.
5. Select Save.
6. Select Publish and then select Publish in the modal dialogue.

Result

The approver's name is selected for approving the chemical request, based on the location selected on the request.
