Health and Safety injury and illness reports

As a compliance manager, you need to report on employee incidents related to the health and safety. With Health and Safety Incident Management, you can export reports for safety incidents and the injuries and illnesses that occurred in your organization.

To enable this reporting capability for Health and Safety Incident Management, you additionally need to install the relevant reporting application. For example, to enable the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reporting, you must install the Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack (com.snc.sn_hs_im_osha) application.

You can also generate a report for an injury and illness using your own PDF templates for your regional or industry-specific requirements.

• Manage the list of establishments
  Manage the establishment list for your organization​. The recordable injury and illness records are grouped using this establishment information for auto-filing and exporting the reports such as OSHA 300 and 300A forms.

  With the ServiceNow® Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack application, you can automatically fill and export OSHA forms for injuries and illnesses that happened in an establishment under your organization.
