Customizing HR benchmarks

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer

    Note:
    The HR benchmarks feature is available by default when the Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core] and Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events [com.sn_hr_lifecycle_events] plugins are installed.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Benchmarks > Administration > Setup.
    2. Select Human Resource to view the list of HR Benchmarks KPIs.
    3. Select KPIs that you need for your organization.
      • To opt out from using a KPI, select Opt out.
      • To modify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) formula according to your requirement and analysis criteria, select Modify.
