Default configurations for team column data

  • Predefined set of team data configurations are available to use after you have activated Manager Hub from ServiceNow Store.

    Table 1. Team column configurations
    Name Description
    Status Configuration to display the status of an employee on the Team members tab in Your team menu in Employee Center. For example, the status of an employee can be a new hire or leaving the organization.
    Location Configuration to display employee location details based on time zone, city, state, or country.
    Active Journey Configuration to display active employee journeys, such as onboarding, or career growth.
    Contact Configuration to display employee contact details, such as email and work phone.
