Create adobe sign groups

Connect your ServiceNow instance to a particular group to send and receive agreements on a business use case.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dt_adobesign.admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Document Templates > Adobe Sign Integration > Adobe Sign Groups.
2. On the form, fill in the fields:

   Table 1. Adobe Sign Groups form

   Field	Description
   Group ID	Unique ID associated with the record.
   Connection Alias	Alias record to associate with the connection.
   Group Name	Name to uniquely identify the Adobe Sign group.
   Role	Roles granted to the Adobe Sign group.

3. Click Submit.
