    • The ServiceNow® Document Template integration with Docusign application enables you to use the Docusign application for signing documents that are generated from ServiceNow Document Templates.

    Note:
    The Document Template integration with Docusign application supports the signing of HTML and PDF document templates that are generated from Document Templates.

    Activation information

    First, activate the Document Template Integration with DocuSign [sn_dt_docusign] and Document Templates [sn_doc] applications from ServiceNow Store. Activating the Document Template integration with Docusign application automatically activates the Docusign spoke.
