The ServiceNow®
HR Service Delivery integration with Oracle Cloud HCM application is built by Bristlecone, Inc.
This integration enables you to pull data for departments, locations, positions, workers, and
assignments from the Oracle HCM Cloud into the ServiceNow® platform.

## Application setup {#integration-hr-oracle-hcm__section_q5w_24y_cqb}

First, you must activate the HR Service Delivery integration with Oracle Cloud HCM \[sn_hr_oracle_hcm\] application, from the ServiceNow Store. This automatically activates the Oracle HCM Cloud spoke \[sn_oracle_hcm_spoke\] and the Enterprise Service Management Integrations Framework \[sn_hr_integr_fw\].
