Job prospects provide a direct view into the most relevant profiles added to a particular job requisition.

Add talent profiles as job prospects to a job requisition when the profiles are the most relevant fit for the job opening. The profiles are known as prospects when added to a job requisition.

It provides better visibility to the recruiters into the profiles that are the prospective fit for the job opening.
