# Submit a time off balance query in HR Service Delivery Advanced Integration with Oracle HCM {#ariaid-title1}

Submit a query related to your time off balance in the Oracle HCM system from a ServiceNow instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: none
The View Time Off Widget works on the basis of Person ID ( Correlation_ID) field in the HR profile \[sn_hr_core_profile\] table. You will not be able to see your time off balances if your Person ID (Correlation_ID) is missing in your HR profile.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Employee CenterCatalogBenefitsTime off balances.
2. View details of all your time off balances.
3. In the Do you have any question regarding your time off balance? field, type in your query.
4. Click Submit.  
   An HR case is created under the HR Service, View Time Off -- Oracle Cloud HCM.
