Provide interview feedback

  • As a recruiter or recruitment coordinator, provide feedback for interviews that you're part of.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter or sn_ta_hiring_core.recruitment_coordinator

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Recruitment workspace.
    2. Select the required job requisition.
    3. Find the applicant and interview.
      1. In the Overview tab, under the Applications section, select the applicant with whom the interview is scheduled.
      2. On the application record page, select the Job interviews tab.
      3. Select the required interview record.
      4. On the interview record page, select the Feedback tab.
      5. Select the feedback record assigned to you.
      You can also select the feedback record from the Interview feedback tab on the application record page.
    4. If the interview was completed, do the following.
      1. From the Rating drop-down list, select a rating for the applicant.
      2. In the Comments field, add the interview feedback details.
      3. Optional: In the Private notes field, enter any notes that you'd like to take for yourself about the interview.
        These notes are only visible to you. They are also available after submitting the feedback.
      4. Save or submit the feedback.
        • To save the feedback as a draft and submit it later, select Save
        • To submit and share the feedback with the recruiter and hiring manager, select Submit feedback.
    5. If the interview didn't happen either because you or the applicant couldn't attend it, or for any other reason, then do the following.
      1. Select Interview incomplete.
      2. From the Reason drop-down list, select why the interview didn't happen.
      3. In the Comment field, enter the details to support the reason, if any.
      4. Select Submit.
