Configure the Start onboarding widget

  • Journey designer administrators can configure the Start onboarding widget to create a banner that's used for welcoming an onboarding employee to your organization. Administrators can configure the content and design associated with the banner to meet the needs of your organization.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin [sn_jny.admin]

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the All menu, and enter sn_cd_content_base.list in the navigation filter.
      The Content [sn_cd_content_base] table appears.
    2. Select Title from the drop-down list associated with the Search field.
    3. In the Search field, enter start onboarding.
      The Start Onboarding record appears.
    4. Select Start Onboarding.
      The Start Onboarding form appears.
    5. Select Checkout.
      The fields in the form become available to edit.
    6. Fill in the fields in the Start Onboarding form.

    7. Specify whether you want to save your design or save and publish your design.
      OptionDescription
      Save To save the record and remain on the Design tab.
      Save and continue To save the record and move to the Publish tab.
