Managing conflict of interest disclosure requests

As a member of the legal department, review conflict of interest requests from employees and approve or reject them. You can also update the approved disclosure records to extend their validity or their status.

Use the Legal Counsel Center to manage conflict of interest disclosure requests or records.

• Approve or reject a conflict of interest disclosure request

• Update an existing conflict of interest disclosure record
  You can update an existing conflict of interest disclosure record to change the validity period or the status of the record.
