The ServiceNow®
Mentoring application is a platform that connects individuals seeking mentorship with experienced mentors. It creates a seamless experience for both mentees and mentors.

Mentoring has the following features:

## Enrollment {#mentoring-egd-overview__section_ovh_bj3_gtb}

Employees can choose to enroll as either a Mentee/Mentor or as both roles by indicating their enrollment preferences -- skills, focus areas and other preference for mentorship. ## Skills Preferences {#mentoring-egd-overview__section_dkx_chc_ttb}

Mentees can choose skills as of one of their Mentorship enrollment preferences. Mentors can choose skills that they can provide mentorship assistance. ## Suggested Mentors {#mentoring-egd-overview__section_jzk_m2c_ttb}

Enrolled Mentees can instantly view Mentor suggestions based on their enrollment preferences and also view additional match insights \& mentor expertise to be able to choose an appropriate mentor. ## Mentor Search {#mentoring-egd-overview__section_nzj_2j3_gtb}

Employees can search for mentors by name, job profile. They can also use additional filters to search from the list of mentors.

## Match Insights Card {#mentoring-egd-overview__section_fl4_dxj_jvb}

Employees, both mentees and mentors can view the match insights based on the match score calculated based on the skills and preferences set by them.
