Safety agents and managers can review the confidence score, urgency, and other factors, and the AI-generated pattern summary.

Field	Description
Number	System-generated record number.
Urgency	Level of severity.
Pattern type	Common category identified during the pattern analysis.
Confidence score	Measure of how significant and reliable the health and safety pattern is. The score ranges from 1 to 100.
Assignment group	User group responsible for working on the pattern analysis. This field is not automatically set and can be edited.
Assigned to	User responsible for working on the pattern analysis. This field is not automatically set and can be edited.
Identified on	Date and time when the pattern record was created.
Updated	Date and time when the pattern record was last updated.
Pattern summary	AI-generated summary of pattern values and statistics. Results may vary — review the summary before acting on it.
Recommendations	Recommended actions to mitigate the pattern.
