    Based on your current role

    OPM looks at your current role and skills then compares it to the available published opportunities.

    Within an opportunity you can see more information related to your role and what is used in making the recommendation. Select Match analysis to view details about how you were matched to the opportunity. Select View details to view information about the opportunity.

    Based on your aspirations

    OPM reviews any aspirations that you created in Talent Development and identifies potential opportunities that match with your aspirations.

    Based on your skills

    The OPM recommender looks at the skills that are in your profile to compare your skills needed for the opportunities.
