Create job description templates to make the new requisition requesting process more streamlined.
Create standard job descriptions, as a recruiter, that can be used for similar roles. The job descriptions make the process of requesting a job opening easier and more streamlined.
The system administrator creates the job description templates, which are available globally to all recruiters.
The recruiters can create the job description templates for themselves and also add it to the assignment groups they are part of, for others to use it.
