# Approve job requisition

# Approve a job requisition in the Employee Center {#ariaid-title1}

Approve a job requisition from My tasks in the Employee Center.

## Before you begin

Role required: approver_user{#approve-a-job-req__p_b2l_nfg_h1c}

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterMy tasks.
2. Select a job requisition approval request from your Open requests tab.
   * To view the details of the job description, select the Details tab.
   * To view the job description, select the Job description tab.
   * To communicate anything to the recruiter, select the Activity tab.
   * To approve a request, check the details and select Approve.
   * To reject a request, select Reject.

   You must provide a reason in the Reject request pop-up window to reject an approval request.

   The job requisition moves to the Rejected state after the approver rejects an approval

   An email notification with the approval request also comes to the approver's email address.
