Set Talent Development Properties

Set properties to control manager skill approvals and activity completion flows.

Role required: sn_egd_core.admin or admin

About this task

Set the following Talent properties:

Talent properties to control manager skill approvals

• no: Manager skill approvals are skipped.
• optional: Manager skill approvals are automatically suggested, but not required.
• required: Manager skill approvals are automatically created.

Set all activities to ready when Growth Plans are launched

Set all activities to ready when Growth Plans are Published.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Talent Development Core > Administration > Properties.
2. Select the property settings.

3. Select Save.
