# View Facility Assets in Workplace Central {#ariaid-title1}

Use the Facility Assets list to look up an asset and its related cases without leaving Workplace Central.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_case.manager

## About this task

A new Facility Assets section has been added to the Lists area of , and Workplace Central, enabling case agents, case managers, and facilities managers to view asset details, associated workplace cases, maintenance cases, and maintenance plan records from within a single
workspace without switching to the Enterprise Asset Management workspace.  
Note:  
The Workplace Maintenance Cases and Workplace Maintenance Plan Records tabs will appear only if the Workplace Maintenance Management (sn_wsd_maintenance) plugin is installed.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkplace CentralListsFacility Assets.
2. Select the facility asset record from the list.
3. Select the following tabs to view asset information:  

   Assets
   :   General information about the asset, such as name, type, location, and warranty information.

   Workplace Cases
   :   Displays all workplace cases that have been created for the asset, allowing agents to quickly identify and access related case work.

   Workplace Maintenance Cases
   :   Displays all maintenance cases associated with the asset, providing visibility into service history and ongoing maintenance work.

   Workplace Maintenance Plan Records
   :   Displays all maintenance plans linked to the asset, enabling you to review scheduled or recurring maintenance programs.
