Working with Event planner

Monitor all the reservations created in your organization from a single workspace. Create a reservation, open a reservation, schedule a reservation to another time or move to another location. Open the Location directory portal from the Event planner home and the Scheduled view.

  As a reservation planner and a reservation viewer, the Event planner enables you to monitor the reservations that are requested in your workplace.
• View reservation details in the event planner
  Check details of a reservation created in your workplace.
• Edit a reservation using the event planner
  As a reservation planner, edit a reservation directly using the event planner.
• Working with schedule view
  You can check any reservations created in your workplace and also make changes using the schedule view of the event planner.
• Print reservation details
  Print the details of a reservation created in your workplace.
• Cancel a reservation from the Event planner
  As a reservation planner, the Event planner enables you to cancel a reservation at any time.
• Open and view Location directory from Event Planner
  Open and view the location directory portal from the Event planner home page and the Scheduled view.
