    • Generate and print QR codes for spaces and rooms. Employees can use these codes to make reservation-related actions on the Now Mobile app.

    As a workplace manager, the application enables you to perform the following actions:
    • Create and generate QR codes for a single space or rooms.
    • Apply condition filters to generate a QR code only for certain types of spaces or rooms.
    • Print the QR codes and specify a file name for the codes. You can also configure the layout of the QR code and preview before printing.
    • Configure, manage, and delete the QR codes that are generated in the application.
    As an employee, use your Now Mobile app to scan the QR code and view the reservation that is made on the space or room. After scanning, you can perform the following actions on your Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile application on the Now Mobile app:
    • Check in or check out the reservation.
    • Update the reservation.
    • Cancel the reservation.
