Add and build contract terms and conditions in Core UI

  • Add and build terms and condition when a contract is in the Awaiting Review, Rejected, or Renewal Rejected substate.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Lease Administration > Workplace Contracts.
    2. Select a contract.
    3. In the Terms and Conditions section, double-click Insert a new row.
    4. Select the Lookup using list icon Lookup using list icon and see whether the terms and conditions record you want to add to the record exists.
    5. If the record doesn't exist, create it.
      1. Select New.
      2. In the Terms and conditions form, provide a name and description for the terms and conditions record.
      3. Select Submit.
    6. Select the terms and condition record.
    7. Optional: Enter a number in the Order field to specify the sequence in which the record should appear in the terms and condition document.
      Note:
      If you attempt to enter a duplicate terms and conditions record for a contract and save the record, an error message appears and the new duplicate record is not added.
    8. In Related Links, select Build Terms and Conditions.
      All records from the Terms and Conditions related list are added to the Terms and Conditions section of the contract record. The terms and conditions records are built in the sequence specified in the Order field.
