Using Kiosk Indoor Mapping
Use the kiosk indoor mapping feature to search for spaces, get directions, and raise cases.
You can access the kiosk indoor map by selecting Explore workplace on the kiosk. You can then use the indoor map to do the following.
- Pan, rotate, or zoom the map based on your requirement. You can select the reset camera button
to reset the map to its default position.
- Select a different building or floor to browse the relevant map.
- Filter spaces based on neighborhoods, reservation and occupancy status, and space type.
- Search for a user or a space by using the search bar and selecting the relevant result. The kiosk highlights the space and displays information such as the user assignment, department, and neighborhood. The information displayed can
differ based on the configuration set by the admin.
- View the map legend for information about the icons and elements on the map.
- Get directions to a space after selecting it from the map or the search bar. The kiosk displays the path to your destination, which can be on a different floor or building. You can also opt for an accessible path.
You can also get directions to a space by selecting the directions button (
), then selecting the destination.
You can enable step-by-step directions and also select the units that you want to use for the distance. You can select either feet or meters as the measurement unit. The default unit is set based on the kiosk location.
- Raise an issue after selecting a space from the map or the search bar. The kiosk displays a form where you can provide details about the issue, select the urgency, and select a user to raise a request on their behalf.
