Maintain Workplace Service Delivery Mappedin credentials

    • To configure and work with Mappedin ensure that you have a valid login credential. Work with the Mappedin to obtain these credentials.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_mappedin.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Space Mapping > Mappedin Administration > Credentials.
    2. Click Mappedin Credentials.
      These credentials are the Client ID and Client Secret that enables you to render a map.
    3. Enter the information provided by Mappedin.
    4. Click Update.
    5. Click Mappedin Export Credentials.
      These credentials are the Client ID and Client Secret that enables you to export a map.
    6. Enter the information provided by Mappedin.
    7. Click Update.
