Organizations increasingly recognize that operational excellence extends beyond traditional efficiency metrics to encompass their broader impact on society and the environment. Modern stakeholders---including customers, employees, regulators, and partners---expect organizations to demonstrate how sustainability commitments are woven into their operational fabric. Leading organizations embed sustainability into core processes, from supply chain management to workforce practices.
