Search for appropriate Field Service agents
Search for agents with specific attributes in Dispatcher Workspace so you can make appropriate assignments.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_dispatcher
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select Dispatcher Workspace.

Search for field service agents or skills.
Search criteria Description Agent name Type an agent name in the Search resources field and select the Search ( ) icon.
Rank Resources Rank resources by level of importance. - Select the Rank Resources

- Select a sort option to view the agents who meet the specific attributes and are available: Default, Distance, Skills, Parts, Auto Assign Rules. For more information, see Activate dynamic scheduling.
Date Select a date from the calendar to view agents who are available on the selected day. - Select the Rank Resources
Result
Field service agents are listed based on the filter criteria. If agents aren’t available for the time period mentioned in the work order task, a message displays.
