Delete or edit a non-work order event on Field Service Manager Mobile
Managers can edit or delete events in the Mobile Manager application after they’ve been created.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager
Procedure
- From the Home Tab, tap Teams.
- Tap the territory or assignment group that the agent you want to create a personal event for is a member of.

Tap the more actions icon (
) next to the agent who has an event you want to update.
- Tap View schedule.
- Tap on the event.

Edit or delete the event.
Selection Action Delete - Tap the more actions icon
- Tap Yes to delete an event.
Edit - Tap the event.
- Tap Edit event.
- Make the necessary changes
- Tap Submit.
- Tap the more actions icon
