Delete or edit a non-work order event on Field Service Manager Mobile

  • Managers can edit or delete events in the Mobile Manager application after they’ve been created.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

    Procedure

    1. From the Home Tab, tap Teams.
    2. Tap the territory or assignment group that the agent you want to create a personal event for is a member of.
    3. Tap the more actions icon (more actions) next to the agent who has an event you want to update.
    4. Tap View schedule.
    5. Tap on the event.
    6. Edit or delete the event.

      1. Tap the more actions icon more actions
      2. Tap Yes to delete an event.
      Edit
      1. Tap the event.
      2. Tap Edit event.
      3. Make the necessary changes
      4. Tap Submit.
