Reassign a task to another agent

  • Managers can quickly reassign work order tasks to another agent in case the original agent is running behind on other work order tasks.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

    Procedure

    1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile and tap Teams.
    2. Tap the assignment group or territory that the agent you want to reassign a task to is part of.
    3. Tap the clipboard icon (clipboard) next to the agent that you want to reassign a task from.
    4. Tap the task that you want to reassign.
    5. Tap Reassign.
    6. Tap the agent that you want to reassign the task to.
      Note:
      Available shows beneath agents who have availability to complete this task. Agent availability is determined by Dynamic Scheduling.
    7. Tap Submit.
