View all tasks in Field Service Manager Mobile

Manager’s can view all the tasks assigned to assignment groups or territories they manage to get a complete view of the team’s workload.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

Procedure

1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile.
2. Tap Tasks.
3. Choose from the following

   Selection	Result
   Tap an item under Tasks by priority	To see the list of tasks that has the priority you selected.
   Tap an item under Tasks by team	To see all the tasks assigned to that team
   Tap a task under Tasks in progress	To see one of the tasks currently being worked on, by default five tasks show. Note: Tap See all to see all of the task currently in progress.
