View the tasks assigned to an agent

  • View an agent's assigned tasks and monitor their workload throughout the day.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

    Procedure

    1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile and tap Teams.
    2. Tap the assignment group or territory that the Field Service agent you want to manage is part of.
    3. Tap the clipboard icon clipboard next to the agent whose assigned tasks you want to see.
    4. Choose from the following.
      SelectionAction
      Tap the work order task To open the work order task details.
      Tap the location icon (task location) next to a task To see where the task is located on the map.
      Tap the map icon (map location) To see all tasks locations on the map.
