Add Service Locations functionality to a work order catalog item in the Customer Service Portal
Add Service Locations functionality to a work order or work order task catalog item to enable the ability to add a location on demand.
Before you begin
Role required: catalog_admin or admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select the record producer for the catalog item for which you want to include the ability to add ad hoc service locations.
- In the Variable Sets related list, click Edit.
- Move sn_service_location_variable_set to the Variable Sets list.
- Click Save.
