Billing cycle and statement generation days

    • The billing cycle and statement generation day values are required for service level agreements (SLAs) to trigger on credit card dispute records. These values are stored in the Personal credit card account [sn_bom_credit_card] table and are accessible from the Account Parameters related list.

    Table name Description
    Personal credit card account (sn_bom_credit_card) Stores all personal credit card records, a type of credit card that allows individuals to purchase goods or services on credit.

    These values can also be found in the consumer's personal credit card account record within the Account Parameters related list.
