## Summary of Setting up Insurance claims workspaces and dashboards

This setup facilitates efficient claim management by providing role-specific interfaces and relevant data visualizations.

## Workspaces included in Insurance claims

* **Claim Summary (360)**
* **Claim Workspace**

These workspaces are customizable through UI Builder, and you can further tailor subpages by creating page variants to meet specific business needs.

## Setting up workspaces by persona

The workspace setup varies by user role, with guidelines as follows:

* **FNOL Representative:** Uses a common landing page defined in Financial Services Operations (FSO) Core, modifiable via UI Builder.
* **Processor:** Create a line-of-business specific landing page by basing it on the existing Claims Processor landing page found under Platform Analytics \> Dashboards.
* **Adjuster:** Similarly, create a landing page for the adjuster role based on the Claims Adjuster landing page in Platform Analytics \> Dashboards.

Modules and lists for FNOL Representatives are predefined in the base Insurance claims system and customizable via UI Builder. For Processors and Adjusters, list categories and lists can be created for new lines of business.

Record-related workspace configurations default to the Customer Service Management (CSM) application's record setup, adjustable in UI Builder.

The Adjuster workspace is preconfigured but can be cloned and customized for specific business lines.

The Claim Summary (360) page is set up in FSO Core and available across claims applications; it can be cloned and modified to create tailored claim summaries. To activate the summary on a case record, enable the CSM default record page and adjust its order.

## Dashboards included in Insurance claims

Dashboards related to landing pages can be edited in Platform Analytics \> Dashboards and customized with UI Builder to fit specific requirements.

**Important:** The FNOL landing page is part of Financial Services Operations Core, so changes to it may affect other applications.
You can set up the workspace and dashboards for each persona by using the Insurance claims application.
