Learn how to set up and start using Learning.

Activating application

You can activate the Learning from the ServiceNow store. This application includes demo data and activates related plugins if they aren’t already active.

Remarque :

Learning is available with the Employee Center application. Some of the features of Learning work only when the HR Service Delivery and Employee Journey Management applications are activated.

Request apps on the Store

Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.

Licensing

Learning leverages the new, Talent Development licensing module. This licensing feature allows registered ServiceNow applications to grant users licenses for the apps based on employee profile and other additional criteria.

Configuring data

Learning comes with optional demo data.

Skills Foundation integration with Learning

Learning integrates Skills Foundation to skill based recommendations for a learner. Learning admins can add skills to a learning course by searching and selecting skills using the skills Intelligent widget.
