Reopen a closed risk event

    • Reopen closed risk events to identify and address overlooked or underestimated risks, updating existing risk events instead of creating another risk event.

    Avant de commencer

    Role required: sn_risk_advanced.risk_event_admin

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to All > Risk > Risk Workspace.
    2. Select the list icon List icon. and navigate to the closed risk events.
    3. Open the risk event that you want to reopen.
    4. Select Reopen.
    5. Select a reason and provide justification in the Additional Comments field.
    6. Select Confirm.
      The risk event moves to the Analyze state.
