Creating an action request

An action request helps you to automatically solve issues that cause automations to fail, improving efficiency and saving time and cost.

You can create an action request in two ways. You can create a request by using the ServiceNow® Service Catalog or from Automation Center.

• Submit an action request from Service Catalog
  Submit an action request using the ServiceNow® Service Catalog form to request for actions to resolve issues causing your automations to fail.
• Create an action request from Automation Center
  Create an action request from Automation Center to request for actions to resolve issues causing your automations to fail.
