    • The ServiceNow® ERP Semantic Mining (formerly named ERP Customization Mining) product enables you to find application candidates with customized code your their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. ERP Semantic Mining ranks the candidate suitability for replatforming onto the ServiceNow AI Platform.

    Important :
    Starting with the Zurich release, ERP Semantic Mining is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported.

    Zero Copy Connector for ERP and ERP Semantic Mining help organizations modernize and orchestrate legacy code, complimenting processes and integrations that are underserved with the existing system of record, such as SAP. Together, Zero Copy Connector for ERP and ERP Semantic Mining make it faster and easier for you to build applications on the ServiceNow AI Platform using data from a legacy ERP system.

    Replatforming is the process of scanning legacy ERP system code to find potential candidates to move onto your ServiceNow AI Platform instance as new apps. You can use data from the ERP system as a source for apps built on the ServiceNow AI Platform, improving performance, enhancing security, and reducing maintenance.

    The replatforming of legacy code enables innovation on top of the system of record without knowledge of the legacy system. Administrators and developers are then relieved of time-consuming efforts to create database views or endpoints in the system of record and can work on other projects, such as migration.

    Request ERP Semantic Mining on the store

    Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.

    Before you can use ERP Semantic Mining, you must first download ERP Semantic Mining from the ServiceNow Store. After you have completed the download, you may need to clear your local cache before ERP Semantic Mining appears on your instance.
