  • You can plan and configure an Unattended Robot and Unattended Robot Login Agent implementation in your organization.

    Configuration overview

    Perform the following tasks to download the installation package of Unattended Robot and Unattended Robot Login Agent and configure the Unattended Robot after installation.

    1. Download Unattended Robot from RPA Hub.

      Select and download the Unattended Robot application in your Windows machine from RPA Hub as a prerequisite for installing the application.

    2. Install Unattended Robot

      You can install the Unattended Robot application in your Windows machine if you have the admin role.

    3. Install Unattended Robot Login Agent

      You can install the Unattended Robot Login Agent application in your Windows machine if you have the admin role.

    4. Set up Unattended Robot

      Set up the Unattended Robot application to establish a connection between a robot and the ServiceNow® RPA Hub instance.

    5. Set up Windows Server machine for high density robots

      Set up the environment for high density robots on a Windows Server machine by installing a Remote Desktop Session Host.

    Using Guided Setup to implement Unattended Robot and Unattended Robot Login Agent

    Guided Setup provides a sequence of tasks that help you configure Unattended Robot and Unattended Robot Login Agent. With Guided Setup, keep track of what you have completed, so you can stop and start again where you left off. To open Guided Setup for RPA Hub, navigate to All > Robotic Process Automation > Administration > Guided Setup.
