Agent Client Collector user roles

    • Administrators can assign user roles to grant access to the Agent Client Collector. The following standard roles for the Agent Client Collector Framework (ACC-F) are included in the ServiceNow system with the Agent Client Collector installed on it.

    Role Description
    agent_client_collector_admin All permissions on Agent Client Collector, including:
    • Access to REST API
    • Add, edit, and delete policies, checks, agents, web sockets
    • MID Server management
    agent_client_collector_integration Access to REST API
    agent_client_collector_user
    • View checks and policies
    • Access to some REST APIs
    evt_mgmt_admin Starts the ACC listener.
