Configure ServiceNow Store application notification preferences

  • You can set notification preferences for each application you've procured and each trial you've requested. By default, notifications are sent to the email address associated with your Now Support account.

    Procédure

    1. Log in to the ServiceNow Store using your Now Support account credentials.
    2. Select your name to open the user options.
    3. Select My store activity.
    4. Select the Select Action drop-down menu next to the application whose notification setting you want to change.
    5. Select Manage Notifications.
    6. Select the edit icon to change which email address receives application notifications.
