Edit HTML content in an email notification

For added control over the content of an email notification, you can edit the underlying HTML.

Avant de commencer

Role required: admin

Procédure

1. Navigate to All > System Notification > Email > Notifications.
2. Open an email notification record.
3. On the form, open the What it will contain tab.
4. In the Message HTML field, click the source code icon () to open the HTML source code editor.

   

5. Make the needed changes to the HTML.
6. On the window, click Ok.
7. On the form, click Update.
