Review failed certification tasks

Review records (and CIs) that failed the certification review and are assigned to you. Those exceptions appear in a list that is dynamically updated as certification tasks are being reviewed.

Role required: sn_cmdb_admin

Procédure

1. Navigate to the Certification tasks list in either of the following ways:
   • Navigate to Workspaces > CMDB Workspace, then select My Work in the CMDB Workspace menu bar. In the Certification exceptions pop-up banner, select Click here to view.
   • Navigate to Workspaces > Service Graph Workspace and in the navigation panel select the Tasks icon. In the Tasks navigation panel select Certification and on the Data Certification page, select the Exceptions tab.
2. Select a drop-down to expand a task to show the records and fields that failed the certification review.
3. Select the Certification Document Id of the field that you want to update.
   The Element column shows the fields that failed the review. The Certification Document Id column contains links to the respective records.
4. Review the details of fields that require updating.
