    Role Description
    admin or evam_admin Grants full administrative rights, including the ability to configure and manage all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, such as creating data sources, configuring EVAM bundles, and defining view templates.
    itil Provides access to IT Service Management features, allowing users to interact with incidents, changes, and other ITSM records, which may be relevant when associating EVAM configurations with ITSM data.
