Install ServiceNow Voice for HR
You can install ServiceNow Voice for HR if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
Avant de commencer
- Ensure that the application and all of its associated ServiceNow® Store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. For more information, see Get entitlement for a ServiceNow product or application.
- Your organization must have purchased the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management (sn_hr_agent_ws) subscription.
- Ensure that Amazon Connect Integration with ServiceNow Voice (sn_cti_amzn_cct) is installed. For more information, see Install ServiceNow Voice applications.
