Migration from workflow to flow
Migration from Workflow to Flow in Knowledge Management includes migration of publishing and retiring workflows to the flow designer framework.
Beginning with Zurich, the Workflow model is replaced by Flow. Publishing and retiring articles in Knowledge Management will follow the flow designer framework.
For new users, the Publish flow and Retire flow fields are mandatory in the Knowledge Base form. The Workflow fields for publishing and retiring articles are not available to new users.
Existing users of Knowledge Management upgrading to Zurich will have access to both the models in the Knowledge Base form. However, they will be able to use only one of the models for a knowledge base, with Workflow being the default option. Also, these fields are not mandatory.
