Create a communication plan or add a new communication task to an existing
communication plan to resolve a major incident from the major incident management
workbench.

Procédure

Navigate to .

Open the relevant major incident.

Select View Workbench.

Select Collaborate tab.

Select Add that appears in the Communication
Tasks section.

On the form, fill the fields.

be involved in the major incident communication plan.
