Add controls from control objective

    • Add controls manually from published control objectives to an AI asset in AI Risk and Compliance. Use this task when controls were not automatically generated by a post-assessment action, or when you need to apply additional controls beyond those mapped through the impact assessment.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_grc_ai_gov.ai_risk_and_compliance_analyst

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > AI Risk and Compliance Workspace.
    2. Select the list icon.
    3. Navigate to the AI asset inventory and open the AI asset record.
    4. Navigate to Applies to > Controls.
    5. Select Add controls from control objective.
      The Add controls from control objective button appears only when an AI analyst is assigned to the AI asset record.
    6. Choose the control objectives and select Add.
      The corresponding controls are created and activated for the AI asset.
