  • Install the AI Risk and Compliance content application (sn_grc_ai_gov_cont) to add predefined governance content such as frameworks, authority documents, control objectives, and risk statements.

    Before you begin

    Install the AI Risk and Compliance product before installing the AI Risk and Compliance content application.

Customers are responsible for validating, customizing, and maintaining the content to help ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational requirements.

    About this task

    The AI Risk and Compliance content application installs a predefined library of governance content that you can use to configure AI Risk and Compliance workflows.

    The installed content includes:

    • Agencies
    • Authority documents
    • Citations
    • Control objectives
    • Risk statements

    Review and configure all installed content to align with your organization’s policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

    Related applications, such as AI Risk Management (sn_grc_ai_gov), are installed automatically as dependencies.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All and locate the AI Risk and Compliance content application (sn_grc_ai_gov_cont).

      Search by application name or application ID. If the application is not available, request it from the ServiceNow Store.

      Available versions appear next to the Install button.

    2. Select Install.

    Result

    The AI Risk and Compliance content application is installed.

    What to do next

    Verify that the content is available and ready to use:

    1. Navigate to All > Plugins and confirm that required plugins are active.
    2. In Application Manager, search for the installed applications and confirm that the AI Risk and Compliance content application and related management applications are present.
