    Details
    Title Unique title for the AI case. For example, Incorrect AI recommendation.
    Description Description about the AI case in detail. For example, include information such as the expected recommendation, actual suggestion, context, impact, and steps to reproduce the issue, especially for cases like Incorrect AI Recommendation.
    Classification
    Case type Type of the AI case. This field is automatically set to AI case.
    Case subtype Subtype of the case. For example, Adversarial attacks (Deliberate manipulation of AI models to produce incorrect results).
    Schedule
    Date of occurrence Date when the AI case occurred. For example, the case may have occurred on 18-02-2025.
    Date of discovery Date when the case was discovered. For example, the case may have occurred on 18-02-2025, but was discovered on 12-03-2025.
    Case Origin
    Impacted business unit Business unit that is affected by the reported AI cases. For example, Finance.
    Location of occurrence Location where the AI case was raised. For example, Japan.
    Impacted department Department that is affected by the AI case. For example, Customer support.
    Sub-location of occurrence Sublocation of the case occurrence. For example, the sub location is Tokyo.
