    		 Maintains entity information for AI systems created through the intake form, including linked details about associated AI models and datasets.

    AI system task

    		 Tracks AI impact assessments and system-related tasks, such as Legal Review, Architecture Review, Security Review, and other required evaluations.

    AI case

    [sn_ai_case_mgmt_ai_case]

    		 Consolidates AI-related cases and inquiries, providing a comprehensive view of all AI engagements and support requests.
